Privacy policy
Data collected by the service
BuyPHP records aggregate event counts such as searches, filter use, product views, comparisons and seller clicks. Search analytics retain only normalized catalog vocabulary and recognized filters; raw search text, visitor identity and full IP addresses are not stored in the application analytics tables. Hosting infrastructure may process IP addresses and operational access logs.
Search and comparison storage
Your comparison shortlist is stored in your browser session and can be cleared using the comparison bar. Administrator sign-in uses a session cookie. There are no public user accounts in this release.
Optional AI processing
If an AI provider is configured, only normalized catalog vocabulary is sent for intent parsing. Raw searches and contact details are not sent by this integration. Core search remains available when the AI service is disabled or unavailable.
Retention and external services
Normalized search aggregates are scheduled for removal after 90 days; daily event and click aggregates after 365 days. Administrative and hosting security logs have separate operational retention. Official seller links take you to third-party services whose own privacy policies apply.
Your choices
You can use your browser to clear session storage and cookies. The browser event tracker respects Do Not Track. Contact BuyPHP to ask about personal information you have provided directly. This policy must be updated before enabling additional advertising, tracking or account features.
